This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.
This solicitation is a RFQ (request for quotes). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC2019-02(eff 05/06/19 & 06/05/19.

2. Contract Title.
ChemDaq Gas Monitoring System called Steri-Trac+2.
3. Background.
Environmental monitoring protects employees from acute and chronic health effects of sterilant gas exposure by recording concentration in real-time and providing alerts for proactive protection. Acquire this monitoring system is a change in our process.
4. Scope.
Acquire and install ChemDaq Gas Monitoring System called Steri-Trac+2. Consist of a three parts system, the sensor module, the monitor, and the wall box. This system will monitor Peracetic Acid and Hydrogen Peroxide in the Sterile Processing Department.
5. Specific Tasks.
Contract Management. Prepare a Contract Management Plan describing the technical approach, organizational resources and management controls to be employed to meet the cost, performance and schedule requirements throughout Contract execution. Provide a monthly status report monitoring the quality assurance, progress/status reporting and program reviews applied to this contract.

The government intends to award a contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein. To facilitate the award process, all quotes must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows:
