If an interested party's quote package has not completed all of the items listed on the first page of Attachment_1_Solicitation SF1449 form 12639519Q0206 - Instructions, the quote may be considered incomplete for evaluation purposes and no further consideration will be given, thereby making quote ineligible for award.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal Plant Health Inspection Services, Plant Protection and Quarantine Facility located in Edinburg, TX is in need of a Firm Fixed Price Five Year Blanket Purchase Agreement for delivery of Wheat Germ Meal in accordance with specifications. All cost to include but not limit to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance, and transportation.
First Article Approval -- Government Testing Required
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 52.209-4 -- First Article Approval -- Government Testing (Sep 1989)
The USDA-APHIS will need a 5-pound sample bag (First Article) of the Wheat Germ Meal. Test Results of the testing will take approximately four weeks after receipt of the product.
All samples for testing shall be delivered prior to Solicitation Closing Date to:
