This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR Part13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 


This is a FIRM FIXED PRICE Request for Quotation (RFQ) being issued by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) for wetland mitigation credits (0.32 credits) for impacts to 0.16 acres of Class "A" Palustrine (REV3) wetlands associated with the road realignment of the CTF Alternate Entrance Alignment, AK BLM AFO 2014(1), construction project.


The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02.


This solicitation is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 541620 with an industry size standard of $15.0 million and the Product Service Code (PSC) is F099.  A responsible quoter is one whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government.
