This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a Five Year Firm Fixed Price Requirements Type Contract to perform repair services applicable to the AN/APY- ½ E-3 SURVELLANCE RADAR WAVEGUIDE SWITCH for the Following NSN:

Delivery Schedule: The required turnaround time for the end item shall not exceed 70 calendar days after receipt of funded delivery order or reparable assets, whichever is later.

Duration of Contract: Any services to be furnished under the anticipated resultant contract shall be ordered by issuance of delivery or task orders. Such orders may be issued from date of contract award through five (years).

Performance under the contract shall be through completion of all orders.

Source(s): The intended sources for this acquisition is International Enterprises Inc. (lEI) (CAGE: 50218), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, due to the data needed to complete contract repair is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate,economical description of the repair for a competitive solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

OMBUDSMAN: All potential offeror(s) should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serous contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
