The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Field Acquisition Office (FAO) has a requirement for
water and sewer services at the Federal Correction Complex, Butner, North Carolina, which include a satellite prison camp, warehouses, powerhouse, garage and other generic institutional elements located at Waymart, Pennsylvania. The contractor shall provide
to Federal Correction Complex, Butner, North Carolina, the entire water and sewer service in a manner and form that is consistent with all applicable laws, rules, industry standards, codes, permits, regulations, and governing ordinances, promulgated by any and all governmental authorities having jurisdiction; as well as, the facility's service requirements as stated in the attached Statement of Requirements.
