Waste Water Sampling
Network Contracting Office 10 hereby issues Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C25019Q1075 for the waste water sampling service for John D. Dingell VAMC. Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, supplies, equipment, transportation and insurance for this requirement. Anticipated award date is October 1, 2019 for a period of two years. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contract specialist. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking www.fbo.gov for any solicitation amendments that may be issued during the offer period.
