DHA Vital Signs Monitors - Solicitation SPE2D1-18-R-0003
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Medical Supply Chain issued solicitation SPE2D1-18-R-0003 to procure Vital Signs Monitors.
This solicitation provides for the supply of Vital Signs Monitors (VSM) and any items required to support the operation of these systems; including but not limited to system optional features and capabilities, upgrades, maintenance, consumables, accessories, training, training materials, cases, and repair parts related to the purchase of the equipment. Furthermore, the vendor shall support Alternate Configurations of the VSM by adding or removing items from the base standardized model such as system options, features, capabilities, consumables, accessories, training, training materials, cases, and repair parts.
Any offered system must meet DoD Cybersecurity/Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements. Vendors shall only offer items which already have an Authorization to Operate (ATO) or items for which the Vendor agrees to go through the RMF approval process and obtain an RMF ATO.
