The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting is issuing Request for Proposal 140F0219R0040. The solicitation and associated documents are now available.

This requirement is to perform renovations to the refuge visitor center. The work will consist of labor, equipment, supplies and materials to repair existing stucco and install new stucco, install metal flashing at existing tile roof, replace windows with aluminum windows, replace damaged floor tile, and other items as described in the drawings and specifications and required for a complete installation.

The project site is on Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge, which is located in Pima County, near Sasabe, Arizona.

This RFP is a Total Small Business Set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238990 Building and Property Specialty Trade Services with a size standard of $15 Million.

The estimated magnitude for this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
