VAIC Beneficiary Locator Services (310/290A)
Pre-Solicitation This notice announces the intent of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Philadelphia VA Insurance Center (VAIC) 5000 Wissahickon Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19144 to issue a solicitation for Beneficiary Locator Services contract. This is not a request for offers or proposals. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract.
The Solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. Services to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561611 with a size standard of $20.5 Million. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued electronically on or about August 2, 2019 on the Internet at http://www.fbo.gov.
To be eligible for contract award, responding contractors must be verified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business under the applicable NAICS code in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ registered in System for Award Management (SAM), and must a have a valid Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) Number.
Solicitation Number is RFQ 36C10E19Q0217 and will be available on or about August 2, 2019. Formal quotes will be due to the Contracting Officer NLT Monday September 2, 2019, at 9:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT). Due to the urgency of this requirement, requests for extension on time will not be allowed. This requirement shall be awarded, and the period of performance shall begin prior to September 23, 2019.
