Request contractor provide 24-7 Remote maintenance for the HiPath 4000 server, HiPath Trading, supply, ship, and ensure installation of replacement equipment for items listed under Appendix A for equipment failures.
The service shall include 4-hour remote maintenance and technical support for major outage response and 24-hour minor outage response
Work must be performed under very tight scheduling times and therefore vendor must be well versed and experienced in managing and performing all aspects of the system, which includes:
Interfacing with existing UNIFY HiPath 4000 PBX and version V2 JITC certified software.
Work includes integration to HiPath4000 application in custom configuration.
Work must be performed by a professional certified to modify and configure the HiPath4000, without voiding any warranties attached to the proprietary system
