USO Volunteer Management System Discover RFI

The USO is currently implementing an enterprise-wide Salesforce CRM to unify donor and customer data, creating a 360-degree view of our constituents. This will allow us to better understand their needs throughout their USO journey and equip staff to anticipate, recommend, and deliver personalized support.
As part of this implementation, we will soon be evaluating Volunteer Management Software (VMS) solutions that not only meet all our functional needs, but most importantly, can integrate seamlessly with Salesforce. USO currently utilizes VMS to coordinate, track, and engage with our volunteer base globally. While this system has served us well to date, our operational needs, technology landscape, and user expectations have evolved.
To ensure we continue to leverage the most effective and efficient solution, we are initiating a Request for Information (RFI) process. This Request for Information (RFI) is not a solicitation for bids or a commitment to purchase. The purpose of this SOW is to outline our expectations for vendors interested in participating in this discovery phase. We seek a high-level understanding of your product's capabilities, service offerings, implementation approach, and estimated costs in anticipation of possible implementation in late 2026.
