Trypsin Gold Mass Spectrometry
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a limited brand name firm fixed price purchase order requirement for Trypsin Gold-Mass Spectrometry Grade, Part #V5280 packed in 100 microgram (ug) vials to Promega Corporation.
It is the Government's belief that the Promega Corporation is the only responsible source able to satisfy the agency requirement. Companies that believe they can provide this requirement are encouraged to identify themselves and provide written notification, as well as, a capability statement to the contracting office by Aug 2, 2019, 11:00am.
This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Information furnished shall include enough detail information to allow the government to perform a proper evaluation. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Respondents will not be notified of the evaluation results. Responses by Facsimile (Fax) will NOT be accepted.
This procurement action will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.320-1 and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a) (1). Only one responsible source and no other supplies/services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS Code is 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing). All vendors must be registered with System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) under the above NAICS code prior to award date. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
