Training Services for Verint Software
The HQ TRADOC has requirement for training on Verint Enterprise Feedback Management application software. Limiting sources under FAR Subpart 8.405-6(a)(B) is under consideration due to the services are available under Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) GS-35F-0265X held by immixTechnolgy, Inc., 8444 Westpark Drive Suite 200, McLean, VA 22102.
TRADOC has Verint software licenses and alternative software solutions to Verint software are not sought nor will they be considered in response to this sources sought notice.
Immix Technology, Inc. is the only distributor of Verint products and services. The services available on the FSS to meet the requirement are:
1. Part Number 89-555-0201-OST - Verint Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) 15.x (private On-site Trainer).
2. Part Number 89-555-0201-AL - Sold in 8 hour blocks (75) hours of advice line Professional Services support.
Interested parties that can provide the training services are requested to send an email to Contracting Officer Ralph Kaminski at email address ralph.f.kaminski.civ@mail.mil. Responses shall provide the following information:
1. Point of Contact information.
2. Disclose or provide substantiating information that Verint has authorized your firm to provide training on their software products.
3. Response are due by noon local Virginia time on 26 Mar 19.
