ArcMorris is a leading agency in Morris County, New Jersey, dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With a workforce of 340 employees, ArcMorris offers a range of programs including day habilitation with and without walls, prevocational programs, and individual supports in residential group homes. To further enhance the professional development and core competencies of our middle management staff, ArcMorris is seeking proposals from qualified training providers to deliver comprehensive training services. The primary objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a training provider capable of delivering high-quality training programs tailored to the needs of middle management staff at ArcMorris. The training should focus on developing essential leadership skills, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and promoting best practices in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It must include developing of the following areas: effective communication, strategic thinking, resilience/adaptability, accountability, leadership style and prepare middle management to be well rounded and ready for next step.
