Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office Army Contracting Command-Redstone (CCAM-DPD) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to NMC/Wollard, Inc. of Eau Claire, Wisconsin under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source reasonably available. The requirement is for one (1) Tow Tractor (Tug) M100 DC.
The requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation.
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and provide a capability statement for supplying the required items.
The solicitation number for this requirement is W912NW-19-T-0033 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Circulars Defense Acquisition are included in the attached solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 333924 and has a size standard of 750 employees. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
