Tomich Hall Senior Enlisted Academy
This project consists of the expansion of Leadership Hall Auditorium within Building 1269, Tomich Hall. Removal work includes the removal of existing metal stud and gypsum board partitions, interior metal stairs, plumbing fixtures, carpeting and other finishers, acoustical ceiling tile system, fixed auditorium seating, lighting, mechanical ductwork, and incidental related work.
Construction work includes providing poured in place interior concrete sloped flooring, interior metal stairs, metal stud and gypsum board partitions, hollow metal doors and frames, single use toilet facility, fixed auditorium seating, acoustical panels, lighting, plumbing, ductwork, and incidental related work.
The contractor shall provide all tools, labor, equipment, qualified supervision, and transportation as required to perform the actions stated in the attached Drawings and Specifications.
