This Combined Synopsis / Solicitation is for the delivery of medical cylinders to the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, VA Ambulatory Care Centers, and CBOCs in Santa Maria, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Bakersfield, CA.
This Combined Synopsis / Solicitation is for the delivery of medical cylinders directly to the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, VA Ambulatory Care Centers (ACC) in Los Angeles and North Hills, and the Community Branch Outreach Clinics (CBOC) in Santa Maria, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Bakersfield, CA.
In accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program only offers from SDVOSB contractors will be evaluated for award. In accordance with VAAR 852.219-10, offerors must be listed as an SDVOSB on the VETBIZ website to be considered an SDVOSB.
This solicitation is competed as an FOB Destination. However, offerors can add a line item to any specific or all cylinders that require shipping costs to specific facilities.
In accordance with FAR 3.104-5, any contractor that contacts any VA employee regarding this opportunity to influence the solicitation may be disqualified.
All questions must be emailed to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 1200 noon PST on Monday, 3/25/2019. All questions will be answered via amendment posted to FBO. No late questions will be answered. No questions will be answered via telephone.
All offerors must completely fill out the entire SF1449 and email it to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 1200 noon PST on Wednesday, 3/27/2019. Only the SF1449 will be evaluated for award so offerors are instructed to NOT email any additional documents or spreadsheets. Any offer not submitted on the SF1449 or completely fill out the SF1449 will be considered non-responsive. No late offers will be considered.
