NOTICE: This is a sources sought notice; there is no solicitation available at this time. This Sources Sought notice is published for market research purposes only. This market survey is conducted to identify potential sources capable of meeting the need for one (1) Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) to perform duties as outlined in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Hurlburt Field, Florida. The draft PWS is included to provide respondents a better understanding of the needs of Hurlburt Field and the respondent's potential ability to meet the Government's requirements.
DETAILS: Firms responding to this announcement shall indicate whether they are a large or small business. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be awarded a DoD contract. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, the size standard is $15M. Prospective contractors are cautioned to ensure that the proper NAICS code appears in their SAM. The Air Force has not yet determined the acquisition strategy for this requirement, including whether a set-aside strategy is applicable.
All interested parties shall submit a capabilities package. Interested contractors shall submit up to a maximum 10 page capabilities document. The capabilities package shall be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements.
Include the following in your statement of capabilities:
(1)Company Name;
(2) Address; Point of Contact;
(3)Telephone number;
(4) E-Mail Address;
(5)CAGE Code;
(6)Web Page URL;
(7)NAICS and Small Business size certification if applicable.
Please submit one (1) electronic copy of your response to komla.sobakin.1@us.af.mil no later than June 5, 2019 at 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time.
CONCLUSION: The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quotation, nor does this issuance restrict the Government's acquisition approach. The Government reserves the right to reject in whole or part any industry input as a result of this announcement. If the Government decides to award a contract for this effort, a solicitation will be issued at a later date.
