T-38 Wing Tips
Requirement is Restricted to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Cage Code No. 79U29.
Request for Proposal (RFP) to purchase T-38 wing tips, NSN 1560015272194XE and 1560015272195XE for spares replenishments to be added to the existing Subsumable Contract SPE4AX19D9404 under the umbrella Contract No. SPE4AX18D9443. Terms and Conditions are in accordance with the aforementioned Subsumable Contract. The CLINs issued as a result will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
The Government is seeking five years of pricing as detailed in the attached spreadsheet "Proposal Summary".
The best estimated quantity is 50EA per year for NSN 1560015272194XE and 50EA per year for NSN 1560015272195XE.
As you develop your proposal, please inform the Government if you would like to recommend other quantity ranges you believe would make more sense for this acquisition.
Please, submit your proposal on or before 12 July 2019. In the event you cannot provide your offer by this date, please provide your submittal date in writing no later than 28 June 2019.
