TENTS
Synopsis:
The U.S. Army Regional Contracting Office (RCO) – Bavaria, is looking for vendors to provide tents that can be domestically produced in compliance with Section 2533a of Title 10 U.S. Code (i.e. the “Berry Amendment”).
Berry Amendment compliance will be stricly inforced.
New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination OCONUS (Outside Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. Delivery location will be in various locations throughout Poland.
Interested sources shall respond with information on their current product(s) and how they would address the requirements.
The information package shall contain the following items:
1) Information regarding the firm's production capabilities for the submitted items, to include whether the items can be domestically produced in compliance with Section 2533a of Title 10 U.S. Code (i.e. the “Berry Amendment”).
2) General information pertaining to the firm; such as address, point of contract, and business size.
3) Pricing for currently available products, if available.
Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) is listed in this announcement’s package.
NOTE: Exact dimensions/sizes are not necessary as outlined in the ROM. Potential vendors shall only use the ROM as a general idea as toi the scope of the potential requirment.
The Government is only looking for potential vendors to submit brochours and pricing of the products they can provide.
The Government does not have exact deminsions or or quanities of tents required. If an offical solicitaion is publised, specific measurements will be included.
