Synopsis
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed-price contract to Jeppesen Sanderson, Inc. (Jeppesen). This synopsis is posted with the intent of awarding to Jeppesen Sanderson, Inc., 55 Inverness Drive Suite E, Englewood CO, 80112-5412 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
Any other interested party may submit a capability statement by the closing date of this announcement, which is 11/15/2019, which shall be considered by the agency for the purposes of determining whether to hold a competition or proceed with a noncompetitive action.
Quotes should contain Open Market Commercial pricing with any applicable discounts applied. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06.
