Specialized Emergency Response Training and Assessment
The Department of Correction wishes to establish a contract for specialized training for approximately 20 Prison Emergency Response Team (PERT) snipers located throughout the state; and a single Special Operations Response Team (SORT), of 11 members best described as a tactical hostage rescue team centrally located in the state.
