This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for Job Market/Adult Education Class at the Federal Prison Camp located at 4464 Ralston Drive, Duluth, Minnesota. The facility houses approximately 900 inmates, and other generic institutional elements. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611710 (Size Standard: $15.0 million). The contractor will provide an on-site instructor for 24 instructional 2 hour sessions per year. The instructional sessions will cover job interview skills, administering job surveys, and job exploration techniques. Any resultant contract will have a performance period of a minimum of one year and maximum of five years duration. The anticipated contract is a five-year, firm-fixed-price with economic adjustments. A government solicitation to provide these services is being developed and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. Please do not submit capability statements.
