REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR
SOLID WASTE FEE AUDIT CONSULTING SERVICES

The San Luis Obispo County Integrated Waste Management Authority ("IWMA") is soliciting consultant ("Consultant") proposals from qualified professional firms to audit solid waste management fees paid by in-county haulers and landfills by inspecting their respective financial records from the previous three years, covering the period of January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2018. The term of the contract with the Consultant will be for one (1) year.
Each proposal shall specify each and every item as set forth in the attached specifications. Any and all exceptions must be clearly stated in the proposal. Failure to set forth any item in the specifications without taking exception may be grounds for rejection. The IWMA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularity or informality in any proposal or in the RFP process, as long as, in the judgment of the IWMA, such action will not negate fair competition and will permit proper comparative evaluation of the proposals submitted.
This RFP is posted on the IWMA's website: ttps://www.iwma.com/about/requests-for-proposal/. Any changes, additions, or deletions to this RFP will be in the form of written addenda issued by the IWMA. Any addenda will be posted on the website. Prospective proposers must check
the website for addenda or other relevant new information during the response period. The IWMA is not responsible for the failure of any prospective proposer to receive such addenda. All addenda so issued shall become a part of this RFP.
