River Trails School District 26 is soliciting proposals from qualified solar photovoltaic (PV) providers for turn-key installation of a rooftop solar PV project. Proposers shall have demonstrated experience in designing, planning, scheduling, permitting and constructing complete solar PV systems, have knowledge of local utilities, provide project financial analysis, and support the District in securing rebates and other financial incentives available for the project.
