This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation in its entirety; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes (RFQ) under solicitation number 36C262-19-Q-0722. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 effective November 26, 2018, respectively.

The solicitation is in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, Acquisition of Commercial Items, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulations as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside; the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 423450, and size standard is $27.5 million.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 22, headquartered in Long Beach, California has a requirement for one (1) emergency medical training manikin, one (1) lung simulator, and training and maintenance support services. The Contractor shall provide the product and services to the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System located at 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of the contract. The Government intends to award a single award firm-fixed-price contract. The order shall begin on the date of award.
