This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation procurement is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Include DUN & Bradstreet number on all quotes. The Department of Veterans Affairs, 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210 needs to procure Shower Chairs for the Spinal Cord Injury Department.

(a) Definitions. As used in this clause
Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except
