Service Maintance Agreement for Sterrad Sterilizers
The Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo NY 14215 has a requirement for a service maintenance agreement for two (2) Sterrad NX sterilizers; serial numbers, 0033111612 and 0022111581 and two (2) Sterrad 100 NX 1-DR; serial numbers, 1041110011 and 10411110014. The service maintenance plan shall include 24 hr./7 day a week telephone support, telephone response time within one (1) hour, on-site support with a response time of eight (8) hours from receipt of initial call (Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm), scheduled preventative maintenance services and required cleanings as indicated by the manufacturer. All work shall be performed by Advanced Sterilization Products certified technicians using only new original equipment manufacturer (OEM ) replacement parts.
The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include four (4) option years is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
