The contractor providing a one-time service with supervision, labor, tools, parts, and supplies to provide Underground Fuel Storage Tank Repairs of deficiencies identified during August 2018 Tri-Annual Hydrostatic Testing.
The Underground Fuel Storage Tanks (UST) to be repaired are located at Bldg. 12 and Bldg. 100 and are listed in the Performance Work Statement, located on the Main Campus, of the C. W. Bill Young VA Medical Center, (CWBYVAMC) at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, Florida 33744
