This is to inform you that the award of the subject solicitation was made to the following company KVG LLC in the amount of $166,500.00.

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of the Government's intent to issue a solicitation for design and construct a new tactical obstacle course to be used by the Senegalese Prison Administration at a site near the prison in Sebikotane, Senegal. This acquisition will be solicited under full and open procedures.
The order of magnitude for this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. The estimated period of performance is 150 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
The solicitation is expected to be posted on March 3, 2017 and available for at least 30 days - reference SAQMMA-17-R-0192. Proposal response time and submittal will be specified at the time the solicitation is posted. A pre-proposal conference and/or site visit(s) will be scheduled and included in the solicitation. Award of a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Type Contract is anticipated within 60 days of proposal receipt.
