This is a Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(c) (7) for the purpose of determining if there are any qualified U.S. Small Business Concerns capable and interested in a possible future solicitation of a $100,000 - $250,000 to design and construct a new tactical obstacle course to be used by the Senegalese Prison Administration at a site near the prison in Sebikotane, Senegal.  Sebikotane is located in western Senegal, approximately 40 Km east of the national capital, Dakar.

 

The contractor  will be licensed and certified to perform engineering design services in the country of Senegal as well as the construction of the tactical obstacle course.

 

There will be twelve (12) each distinct obstacles included in the design of the course.  The obstacles are listed in the preferred order of placement as follows:

1.         Jacob's Ladder

2.         Rope Climb

3.         Under-Over

4.         Attic Entry

5.         Climbing Rope Wall

6.         Hand Over Hand

7.         Army Crawl

8.         Cargo Net

9.         Balancing Logs

10.       High Climb - Slide Down

11.       Rope Traverse

12.       High Knees
