Seattle USCH Upper Pond Waterproofing
The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing a SOLICITATION NOTICE for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) firm fixed price construction contract for Seattle USCH Upper Pond Waterproofing project.

This acquisition is 100% set aside for Total Small Business Set Aside only under NAICS 238990 – All Other Specialty Trade Contractors (Size Standard $15 Million). The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
All work under this contract will be performed at: Seattle U.S. Courthouse, 700 Stewart Street, Seattle, WA 98101. A Site Visit is scheduled for Monday, June 10, 2019 at 12:00 PM in Pacific Daylight Saving Time. Further Site Visit information is available in the solicitation.
The closing date and time for receipt of quotes is Friday, June 21, 2019 at 1 PM (Pacific Daylight Saving Time), and completing contract performance is 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
