The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau), Community Treatment Services Contracting; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health services in Oakland, California. The services provided should be within a three (3) mile radius of the Oakland City Hall, 1 Frank H. Ogawa Plaza, Oakland, California 94612 and within a 0.50 mile from an Alameda-Contra Costa Transit (AC Transit) stop. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on October 01, 2019 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending on September 30, 2024 (if all options are renewed). The following required services may be sub-contracted to other licensed contractors.

The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Community Treatment Services most recent Statement of Work dated September 2017, PSB. The request for quote will be available on or after June 12, 2019 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts in which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible businesses may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
