SMALL VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with TriGreen Equipment, Address: 4550 Research Park Blvd. Huntsville, AL 35806, for the purpose of procuring general and routine service on lawn equipment and forklifts. This procurement is in support of an ongoing requirement for small vehicles located in Huntsville, AL.
The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only emailed responses will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
