SLUDGE MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Region, intends to issue a Commercial Request for Quote (RFQ) for metal hydrozide sludge storage, transportation and disposal services at the Leadville Mine Drainage Tunnel (LMDT) Water Treatment Plant located near Leadville, CO in Lake County. The acquisition will be issued Total Small Business Set-Aside for a 12 month base period and 4 - 12 month option periods. The simplified acquisition will be issued as a Best Value, Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about March 5, 2019. The RFQ will be issued via the Federal Business Opportunity (FEDBIZOPS) and FEDCONNECT web page at www.fbo.gov or www.fedconncet.net. Send all requests via e-mail to laanderson@usbr.gov. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the FedBizOps/FEDCONNECT web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments. FedBizOps/FEDCONNECT also contain an optional automatic notification service. The product service code is S222 and the NAICS code is 562211.
NOTE: for all interested vendors a site visit will be conducted 20 March, 2019 at 10:00 AM MST at the Leadville CO location.
HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
