SIMS Server Rack
THIS IS A SOLICITATION, NOT A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. OFFERS ARE DUE 23 SEPTEMBER 2019,
4:00PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST).
The purpose of Solicitation W91CRB-19-Q-5013 is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement in accordance with (IAW) FMS Case QG-B-UBI, Acquisition Requirements Package (ARP) EX19087, for the
Country of Ukraine.
A Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror for the requirement of the following item:
- 2 SIMS Server Racks
Offerors shall provide unit pricing for Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN) 0001.
See pages 3 in Section B "Supplies or Services and Price/ Costs" therein and Statement of Work (WOS) for details. Fill out the SF 1449 Solicitation Document have it signed and submit with your proposal.
SUBMISSION DETAILS
Offerors should submit proposals electronically to ACC-APG Contract Specialist Rem D. Ngo, in either Microsoft Word or portable document format (.pdf), via electronic mail (email) address Rem.d.ngo.civ@mail.mil and copy Vicky Dorsey at Victoria.m.dorsey.civ@mail.mil not later than 4:00PM Eastern Standard (EST) 23 September 2019; reference combined Synopsis/ Solicitation number W91CRB-19-Q-5013 in the subject line of the email, and on all enclosed documents. Information and material(s) submitted in response to this combined Synopsis/Solicitation SHALL NOT BE RETURNED. DO NOT SUBMIT CLASSIFIED MATERIAL(S).
Telephone inquiries will NOT be accepted or acknowledged and no telephone or email inquiries requesting status of potential award will be accepted (prior to contract award and distribution). Submit all questions in writing to the Contract Specialist via the email address provided above. Answers to questions shall be provided to all Offerors.
Proposal submissions shall include:
1) Organization/ Company name, address, and primary points of contact (POCs) with respective email addresses and telephone numbers.
2) Appropriate documentation (CAGE Code, DUNS, and System for Award Management (SAM) record) showing your organization/ company is registered to do business with the U.S. Government and is not on a list of organizations/ companies forbidden to do business with the U.S. Government.
All data received in response to this request marked or designated corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from any release outside the U.S. Government.
