SERVICES: Boiler Inspection Tuning and Safety Device Testing
North Florida South Georgia Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 8, Regional Procurement Office - East (RPO-E) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price service contract for Annual Maintenance and Inspection of Boilers located at the Malcom Randall VAMC in Gainesville, FL (3 boilers) and the Lake City VAMC in Lake City, FL (3 Boilers). This procurement is being conducted under FAR Subpart 13 and simplified acquisition procedures apply. Period of performance is 15 October 2019 14 October 2020. The is a base year with four (4) one year options requirement. This procurement is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled; and the requirement resolicited.
This solicitation will use Comparative Analysis. Award will be made to the offeror determined to be technically acceptable; and price is determined to be reasonable; all eligible offerors may submit quotes.
