The solicitation number 12FPC119Q0047 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is conducted as a 100% small business set aside. This announcement constitute teh only solictation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. he North American Classification System Code is 333111 Farm Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. This requirement will be awarded as a commercial item, fixed price purchase order under the procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13.


USDA NRCS Appalachian Plant Materials Center has a requirement to purchase one (1) John Deere 6130M tractor with 620R front end loader or equivalent. The requirement for must meet the specifications or an equal product that meets the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics as specified in this solicitation. (Refer to Attachment 1)


Pricing Schedule: (Refer to Attachment 1 Pricing Schedule)


Delivery: Within 30 days after receipt of order. Shipping shall be FOB destination to USDA NRCS Appalachian Plant Materials Center, 385 Old Prison Farm Road, Alderson, WV 24910. Point of Contact (POC) Randall Lester, Assistant PMC Manager; Tel. (304) 445-3005, Email. Randall.Lester@usda.gov.

Trade-In considerations: John Deere 5510 tractor with cab and front-end loader. Estimated value $20,000. Hours on tractor are unknown due to multiple replacements of the instrument cluster.
Both cost and availability of trade-ins will be considered. Trade-ins must be available through the nearest local dealership.
