Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all materials equipment, labor, and supervision to replace existing HVAC units in building 1259
rooms 102 and 103 serving as a lab space at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division New port (NUWCDIVNPT).
The magnitude of the requirement per FAR 36.204, is betw een $25,000 and $100,000.
The proposal is due by 12 August 2019, 2:00 PM Local Time. This project is a total small business set aside. NAICS Code 236220 w ith a
corresponding size standard of $36.5 M and FSC of Z2AZ.
Site visit is schedule for Tuesday 30 July 2019 @ 10:00, local time. See base requirements located in the supplemental instructions of this solicitation.
