Provide all labor, equipment and materials to excavate and replace water mains, valves, and fire hydrants base wide. The affected water mains are located next to Liberty Drive from the Main Gate to Indiana Ave; Second St from Bldg 414 to Indiana Ave; Fourth St from Arkansas Ave to Indiana Ave; Fifth St; Sixth St; Seventh St; Arkansas Ave from Fourth St to Iowa St; Kansas Ave; Arizona Ave; Colorado Ave from Bowling St to Liberty Dr; ******** Dr from Ribas-Dominicci Circle to Second St; Arnold Blvd from Ribas-Dominicci Circle to Fourth St; Mitchell Blvd from Ribas-Dominicci Circle to Hall St; Indiana Ave; Yucca Ln; and the line that extends from the intersection of Arnold Blvd and Second St to the flight line.
