The contractor shall provide all management, tools, materials, equipment and labor necessary to remove the existing ruptured tank bladder and install a new 1800 gallon bladder and refill with new C6, 3% mil-spec concentrate AFFF fire foam agent. The following sequence of events will need to happen because the existing AFFF will be removed by others. The 436th CES Environmental section will have the existing depleted AFFF in the tank removed by others, after the AFFF is removed the awarded contractor will remove the existing bladder from the tank. After the bladder is removed, the 436th Environmental section will perform a triple rinse of the tank. After the triple rinse is compete the awarded contractor shall complete the installation and testing of the new bladder. The awarded contractor is responsible for testing the new bladder prior to introduction of the new AFFF concentrate by conducting an air test to insure the integrity of the new bladder.
