This is not a solicitation. Data received in response to this notice will be used to make a decision about acquisition strategy. 
USACE - Alaska District is NOT soliciting for proposals at this time.

The objective for this requirement is use prior inspection reports and repair recommendations (GFI) and repair/replace the southeast counterweight with exposed rebar and replace the interior bearing seats of the River Road Bridge, Facility Number XBRIA, Ft Wainwright, Alaska.
The bridge design is a unique configuration with steel box girder ends cantilevering over interior pile bents. The Southeast concrete back wall substructure has cracked around the steel box girder connections. The Southeast pier expansion joints have bound up and may be a partial cause of the distress. The expansion joints will have to be repaired and the damaged concrete back wall will to replaced or repaired at the Southeast end of the bridge.


Minimum criteria to be provided in response of this notice for interested firms are as follows:


(1)    Business name, address and business size under NAICS 237310
(2)    Identify small business type, if applicable (HUBZone, VOSB, SDVOSB, WOSB, 8(a), etc)
(3)     Demonstration of the firm's experience as a prime contractor on projects of similar size, type and complexity within the past five years. A short list (five max) of actual construction projects completed and include project title and location, a brief description of the project to include dollar amount of the project and work that was self-performed.
(4)    Provide firm's single project bonding limit.
