Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco is requesting proposals from property management companies that have experience in the overall management, maintenance, compliance, and lease-up of permanent supportive housing (PSH) properties and properties financed with low income housing tax credits (LIHTCs).

We are seeking a property management company to professionally manage up to seven (7) properties in our PSH/LIHTC portfolio.
