Additional questions or communication should be sent by email to Tiffani.Balestrini@usdoj.gov All material in this request are considered confidential and shall not be used by the Respondent for any reason other than responding to this request. This is a Request for Information (RFI) and your response is NOT an offer. The results of this Request for Information (RFI) will be used to develop an Acquisitions Strategy, AND WILL NOT RESULT IN A CONTRACT OF ANY TYPE.
This request does not obligate UNICOR OFG to pay any cost that any Respondent incurs in the preparation of its response. All cost associated with the preparation of a response to this request will be borne solely by the Respondent. All submitted responses shall become the property of UNICOR OFG and will not be returned.
GENERAL: The supplies to be furnished under any award made will included laminate of various colors and sizes and grades. The materials will be delivered to multiple geographic locations throughout the United States. A listing of the majority of materials and shipping points will be included in this RFI. Additional colors may be required at a later date dependent upon UNICOR Customer Orders.
UNICOR, FPI is seeking information about the Contractor's capability to provide all the listed materials to the various locations listed. All interested parties shall furnish the following minimum information:
1. Name of Company
2. Telephone number, Fax Number and email address
3. Brief summary of company history and capability to meet requirements
4. Business Size (ie Large, Small, Socio Economic Category)
5. State if Company is Manufacturer or Non-Manufacturer
6. If your firm is ISO 9001 certified
7. Your offered products Green certifications or qualities.
8. Your firm's ability to offer additional laminate colors/finishes if required by UNICOR customers at a later date if required.
9. Your firms Inventory Management Plan to maintain inventory to meet UNICOR product demands.
10. Your firm's ability to expedite any deliveries to UNICOR if required.
11. Any other information contractor deems pertinent to this request.

• Most laminates will be required in 0.028"x5'x8' and require Peel Coat
• There is a possibility of all colors being required at each location dependent upon UNICOR customer orders

• Once a solicitation is issued any prospective offeror must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) before award can be made.
• UNICOR's desired lead time is fourteen (14) days for standard colors and twenty one (21) days for other colors.
• Shipping costs are FOB Destination to UNIOCR's designated shipping point.
• Payment terms are thirty (30) and are made via electronic payment.
