The applicable NAICS is 236220 and the business size standard is $36.5 M size standard. Requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. Project Description: The project consists of the removal and replacement of 18 Package A/C Units total, 3- 6 Ton, 460 Volt, 3 Phase with Natural Gas Heat, 1- 7.5 Ton 460 Volt, 3 Phase with Natural Gas Heat, 1- 8 Ton, 460 Volt, 3 Phase with Natural Gas Heat, 4- 10 Ton, 460 Volts, 3 Phase with Natural Gas Heat, 1- 12 Ton, 460 Volts, 3 Phase with Natural Gas Heat. 1-4 Ton, 460 Volt, 3 Phase with Natural Gas Heat, 1- 3 Ton, 460 Volt, 3 Phase with Natural Gas Heat, 3- Preferred 14 seer Single-Package Air-conditioner and Gas Furnace System 2 Tons Cooling 208/230-1-6, 3- Preferred 14 seer Single-Package Air-conditioner and Gas Furnace System 2 Tons Cooling 208/230-1-6. All located on the roof of Building #20, San Carlos Adult/Juvenile Detention Center in San Carlos, Arizona. The work site is located at San Carlos Adult I Juvenile Detention Center, Route 6, Mile Marker 10.5, San Carlos, Arizona on the San Carlos Apache Indian Reservation approximately 23 miles South East of Globe, Arizona on State Highway 70.
