The purpose of amendment 3 is to clarify section L.9 Instructions for Submission of Offers and Other Information. Hard copies of Bid Bonds shall be mailed to the following address: 601 Nevada Way, Boulder City, NV 89005 attention: Cris Stubitz. However, hard copies of proposals are not required. Proposals shall be emailed to maria_stubitz@nps.gov. The proposal due date is hereby changed from Monday, July 22, 2019 12:00 PM PST to Wednesday, July 24, 2019 12:00 PM PST.
