Provide Fresh Bread and Bakery Products
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and is being conducted under FAR Subpart 13; simplified acquisition procedures apply. VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) The Combined Synopsis Solicitation Number is 36C256-19-Q-1336 and is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) (SEE ATTACHED Standard Form 1449)
(iii) This combined synopsis solicitation is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veterans owned Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 311812, Commercial bakeries and the size standard is 1,000 employees. Interested Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business offerors must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov at the time of submission of quotes.
(iv) Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submission. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all.
