PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE:
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, National Acquisitions and Systems Section, Washington, D.C. is seeking proposals from sources having the ability to provide Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) compliance and certification audits at its facilities. Performance Period under this contract will be for an 11 month base period estimated to begin on October 1, 2014 and ending on August 19, 2015. Each four additional one year option periods begin August 20, with service ending (if all option years are renewed) on August 19, 2019. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively.

Option Year 1: Estimated 33 PREA compliance and certification audits
Option Year 2: Estimated 33 PREA compliance and certification audits
Option Year 3: Estimated 33 PREA compliance and certification audits
Option Year 4: Estimated 33 PREA compliance and certification audits
The services shall be in accordance with the Prison Rape Elimination Act Prisons and Jail Standards and the Statement of Work. The request for quote will be available on or after June 30, 2014 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the proposal will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions.

Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This solicitation is set aside for small business. All responsible small business concerns may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency.
