Prison Facility Design/Construction
The goal of these RFPs is to seek proposals that will meet the State’s correctional needs
into the future in an economic manner. In issuing the three RFPs, the State desires to evaluate the
costs associated with engaging a private Vendor to renovate or construct and/or operate a new
prison facility with the costs associated with State-financed, State-run prison facilities
