Prison Beds
Non-mandatory pre-proposal conference 03/31/2010.
The Department intends
to establish a Contract for Minimum / Medium Security Beds. The Department plans to expand its in-state capacity to incarcerate an
additional 5,000 minimum/medium security beds for male inmates. Offerors may submit
proposals in increments up to the 5,000 beds with the minimum increment being 500.
